Happy Friday!
What a week. Who could have guessed last week that we'd all be learning how to do "remote learning" this week? I want to say again how very proud I am of everyone who's tried to participate, work, and learn during this difficult and unexpected school closure time. Today we're going to focus on some online learning. In Math, sign in to iReady and instead of going on the "path" they recommend, do the assignment I've left there for you.... fractions and line plots. It's interesting, it's challenging, and it's something you can handle because of the fraction work we've done already this year. In Science, go to the link below and view the Bill Nye video about energy. Then send me an e-mail with TWO NEW things you learned about energy. I'll gather everyone's comments and post some of the interesting ones over the weekend. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7GmxxAogTt8 Then enjoy your weekend. No homework unless you e-mail me to request some. Remember, I'll be on Google Meet at 1:00 today to answer questions and hear comments about the week's work. The link to participate is in an e-mail I sent to all of you.
