No written homework tonight. Parents and guardians who are contributing to tomorrow morning's holiday party, THANK YOU again! Just bring your item into Room 15 or send it with your 5th grader. Remember, please, to label food items with whether they contain peanuts and/or tree nuts.

Students in rooms 12 and 15 took a math test today. Results will be available via G-mail tomorrow afternoon.
No written homework for my classes tonight. Student of the Month assembly tomorrow. Class holiday party on Friday. Continuing our Spirit Week theme, tomorrow is "Winter Formal Wednesday"-- time to dress up! Green and red tuxedos especially welcome!
We have a math test tomorrow, so the homework is a review worksheet called "Dancing Coffee Cups" (of course). It's downloadable also at the Google Classroom. Tonight we have homework in Math and in Science. In math there is a practice test to be completed. There are 25 problems in the assignment, so I'm letting the kids skip items 5, 7, 16, 19, and 24, as those are somewhat repetitive of other problems in the set.
In Science, students need to complete one side of the "Matter: See, Feel, and Touch" worksheet we began in class. I'm uploading it to the Google Classroom for student viewing. Tonight's homework is to finish morning math. If you have lost it on the ride home there is a copy on Google classroom.
There will be a test in science tomorrow about worms. Students may use there wiggle worms reading to find the answers. Open book tests rock. |
