Tonight, we have no new written homework in Math or Science, but the "Morning Math" assignment given out by Mrs Magnant on Monday is due on Friday. I will put a copy of it in the Google Classroom.
Tomorrow is "Hat Day" as part of our Read Across America Spirit Week. Thursday is "Be Your Favorite Book Character" day, which may require some advance planning. These are optional activities, so don't feel anyone has to knock themselves out here... but you can if you want, kids! No homework.
Color Day tomorrow. Wear your blue (Room 12) or green (Room 15) shirt. Today the 5th graders received their color shirts for Friday's Color Team Day. They should wear them to school on Friday for the activities and games planned.
Tonight's homework is to study for the Science test again and do "Orange Bowtie" worksheet in math to review for that test. The snow dismissal really piled the work on! Today was an early dismissal day due to the weather, so the Science test is postponed until Thursday. The study sheet is still available on the Google Classroom.
Math homework tonight is to finish the practice test begun in class. This isn't available on Google Classroom, but the kids just got it this morning. |
