Tonight's homework is Practice Book lesson 4.8, both sides. Some children also have ELA make-up homework from Miss LeBlanc. Ask your 5th grader if they're one of them!
Worm posters are looking great!

Tonight's math homework is Practice Book Lesson 4.7, both sides. We worked on worm posters, too, but only with Room 15, as today was "Double Specials" Day for Room 12.
Mix It Up Lunch is this Thursday-- details tomorrow! No written math homework tonight. We'll resume the lesson on decimal multiplication tomorrow!
We worked on our "worm posters" in Science class, too! Math class ran a little long this morning, so dismissal was kind of hectic. Tonight's math homework is to do the "Mid-Chapter Review worksheet," a PDF of which can be found on the Google Classroom in case students dropped the worksheet on their way out the door!
Sorry for the confusion. Next time, I'm stopping class at 11:10. Tonight's homework is a worksheet, "Light Lifting," a practice page with multiplication of decimals. I'll put a copy on the Google Classroom at 12:00.
Students have to use the special grid paper I provided in class to show their work for problems A through H on the worksheet. Problems I through L can be done by the "shortcut method" of moving the decimal point to the left or the right. |
