Tonight's math homework is the worksheet "Free Throws In April," a review of fractions, decimals, order of operations, and powers of ten. Students should use a separate sheet of paper if they can't fit the work on the worksheet.
In Science, students should study for their Science test, which is on Thursday. I've left a copy of the study sheet on the Google Classroom, but students should have come home with a filled out version, which will help them much, much more.

Tonight's math homework is in the Practice Book,Lesson 9.2, both sides.
Today we had Part 2 of the ELA MCAS. No written homework tonight. BUT...students in Room 15 can finish their Natural Resources Essays if they wish. Then they can work more on their shoebox dioramas in class.
Tonight's homework is the Practice test given out in math class on Monday.
MCAS went very well today. The kids concentrated hard and worked for over two hours! Anyone have a spare empty shoebox or two at home? I could use them for an art project we're doing in Science class to help us learn about natural resources... I'm happy to report that:
a) The April Fool's jokes were held to a minimum this morning. b) There's no written homework tonight, but I gave the students Tuesday night's homework, which is a practice test for math. c) ELA MCAS is tomorrow morning. Get rested and ready! |
