Tonight we have homework in both Math and Science. In Math, it's Practice Book Lesson 6.7, the most difficult topic of the chapter but one that the students have listened to very faithfully and begun to understand.
In Science, it's studying for our test on Wednesday. Study sheet is on the Google Classroom.

Science and Math homework tonight for both classes:
In Science, use the study sheet given out in class to prepare for next week's test. In math, it's Practice Book Lesson 6.6, which covers addition and subtraction of mixed numbers, which we did in class today. Room 12 students wear BLUE tomorrow for Team Color Day. Room 15 students wear GREEN. Both classes worked on a CFA (Common Formative Assessment) today in math, so the only homework is in Science. Room 15 should do the "Infer" and "Lesson Check" sections on the copy of two textbook pages given out in class.
Room 12 should study for their vocabulary quiz tomorrow, using the Quizlet and/or the list of words, both of which are on the Google Classroom. Tonight, students should study for tomorrow's vocabulary quiz in Science. Study sheet and Quizlet links are on the Google Classroom.
62 degrees out as I write this. No snow days this week! Rooms 12 and 15 have a math quiz tomorrow on Chapter 6, from equivalent fractions to the addition and subtraction of fractions with unline denominators. There's a practice quiz for homework ("Pillows with Sungasses.") I'll put it on the Google Classroom tonight.
In Science, there's a vocabulary quiz on Wednesday. Students should use the Quizlet and the study sheet (both on the Google Classroom) to get ready. |
