I was out sick on Tuesday, Monday was a holiday, and yesterday was a snow day. This was my first time teaching math to Rooms 12 and 15 since last Thursday, the 11th!
So for both classes today, it was catch-up and a review of divison by decimals. Room 15 has three assignments tonight, two of which should be already mostly done from class.
1) Morning Math (Monday , Tuesday, and Wednesday sections)
2) Practice Book 5.7 and 5.8 (homework from last week and this)
3) "The Only One in the World" decimal division review worksheet.
Room 12 is a similar story, but they only need to have Monday and Wednesday of the Morning Math done, and only Practice Book 5.8 (homework) for tomorrow. Room 12 also has the "Only One in the World" worksheet to complete.
In Science both classes worked in groups to demonstrate the phases of the water cycle. No written homework.
